Scrub Me Sideways is now officially approved to provide cleaning services through Trilogy Care.


That means if you’re a Trilogy Care client, you can now book your clean directly with us - and your service will be covered under your plan. Easy as that.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure all cleaning appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice on the day of service.
  • If you’re a first-time client and unsure how long the job will take, we recommend booking a Free Quote & Estimate first so we can give you a proper time estimate.
  • Appointment times are subject to availability. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email with all the details.
  • Access to the property must be arranged prior to the appointment (keys, codes, gate instructions, pet details, etc). If we arrive and can’t access the property, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

  • We understand life happens - just give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your clean.
  • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the $50 deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.
  • If we arrive and cannot access the property, the service will be considered cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

  • The $50 deposit is not an extra charge - it comes off your total invoice.
  • The remaining balance is payable on the day of service via cash, card, or invoice (as arranged).
  • All invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
